BACK HANDSPRING

This class is all about mastering the back handspring—both on the trampoline and the floor. Perfect for athletes who have a strong tumbling foundation and are ready to take their skills to the next level!


In addition to back handsprings, students will also work on key supporting skills such as round-offs, back walkovers, and back handspring step-outs to build power, control, and confidence.



With a focus on technique, strength, and repetition, this class is ideal for gymnasts, cheerleaders, or anyone looking to sharpen their tumbling skills in a safe and encouraging environment.

CHEER PREP

The Cheer Prep class is ideal for both current and aspiring cheerleaders. Students will focus on developing their skills in all areas of cheerleading, including tumbling, standing tumbling, motions, jumps, and stunting.


This class is designed to help participants build strength, technique, and confidence in a supportive environment, preparing them for cheerleading success.

ADVANCED TUMBLING

For those that have mastered the back handspring class

Girls and Boys

Advanced Tumbling is designed for current and aspiring cheerleaders who are ready to take their skills to the next level. This high-energy class focuses on power tumbling and advanced skill progressions.

Students must be able to perform a standing back handspring (unspotted) and a round-off back handspring on the tumble track (unspotted) to enroll.


Athletes will work on skills such as back handspring series, back handspring to back tuck, layouts, standing back tucks, and aerials. This class emphasizes technique, strength, and consistency—perfect for those looking to enhance their performance on the mat or the field.
