Swim Policies For Metroplex Fun & Fitness

GENERAL INFORMATION
Pertinent information is posted on the bulletin board in the lobby as the need arises. An injury release form must be signed and returned before anyone participates in class. Parents must supervise their children while in the lobby areas. Parents of children under the age of 5 must stay at Metroplex while their children participate. All other parents must arrive on time to pick up their children. please notify the Metroplex office if any problems come up.

TUITION
Registration fees are non-refundable. A registration fee of $30.00 is charged annually for the first child and $25.00 for the second child in the immediate family. Students signed up in a Metroplex Gymnastics class will have a registration fee of $10. Tuition is payable in advance, either by Tri-mester or session --- substantial savings for more Tri-mesters purchased. 50% of tuition is due upon registration. The Remaining Tuition will be due at least 2 weeks prior to the beginning of class. A $7 late fee will incur if all tuition has not been paid at least 2 weeks prior to class. Checks may be mailed to 205 Bethany East, Allen, Texas 75002. We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards. To help keep our costs down, we do not send statements.
There is a $20.00 charge for returned checks. A 10% discount is given for additional children in immediate family. Please look for pertinent information posted on the front windows and on the lobby bulletin boards.

MAKE-UP POLICY
There will be NO make-ups for individual absences. Make ups will occur on Fridays only when Metroplex determines a class cancellation is necessary due to inclement weather or other circumstances.

VACATION POLICY
Metroplex will pro rate 1 week of Tri-mester tuition if prior notice is given to the Metroplex Office.

REFUNDS
A full refund, less registration fee, will be given for lessons, if more than 2 weeks notice is given to the Metroplex Office. If notice is given inside 2 weeks of lessons, then 50% of the total tuition will be refunded, less registration fee. Once the lessons have begun or a child has begun attending lessons, there is NO REFUND for unattended lessons.

DRESS
• Swim suits for girls, swim shorts for boys, no buttons or zippers.
• Swim diapers must be worn by any child not potty trained and by all children under the age of 4.
• Swim caps are required for all students during swim class.
• NO jewelry. NO gum. NO band-aids.
• Children with open wounds are not allowed in the water.
• Swim apparel and accessories are available through Metroplex Etc.
