COMMONLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
Q: What if I need to switch camps?
A: If you change camps within 2 weeks of your originally scheduled camp you will be charged a $35 transfer fee per camper.
Q: What if I decide not to come to camp?
A: All deposits are non-refundable. If you decide not to come to camp prior to the beginning of camp we will work out an arrangement on other money paid toward that camp. No money will be refunded to campers that start camp and decide not to finish.
Q: What if my child is sick or just misses a day of camp, can they make it up?
A: No, there are no make-ups or refunds for missed camp days.
Q: What if we know in advance we are going to miss a day of camp, can my child's friend sub for them for a day?
A: No, your camp fee reserves a spot in camp for your child only.
Q: What if my child wants to bring a friend/relative to camp?
A: Friends/relatives are always welcome on a space available basis. You will need to contact the office in advance. Friends/relatives will need to enroll as any other camper and will be expected to pay for and attend the remainder of the camp.
Q: Does my child really have to wear their camp T-shirt everyday?
A: Yes, our security system includes wearing name tags, and they do not stick onto leotards or other materials very well.
Q: Does my child have to be completely potty trained or is someone available to take them to the bathroom?
A: All campers must be potty-trained and able to go unassisted.
Q: Does my child have to be 3yr. to attend camp?
A: All campers must be 3 years old or turning 3 years old the month of the camp they are attending.
Q: What if I want my child and his/her friend to be placed in the same group?
A: The computer will make group assignments according to the child's date of birth. However, on the first day of each kamp, speak with the Camp Supervisor to request a change in group assigments so your child may be with his/her friends.
Q: Will my kids miss anything if we only sign up for Tuesday and Thursday?
A: Even though Tuesday/Thursday campers will still do crafts, gymnastics, games, and more during their 2 days of camp, they will miss a few things, including the weekly attraction, which happens on every Wednesday.
