Recreational Gymnastics

CLASSES
Small classes, professional instructors, and the latest state-of-the-art equipment makes gymnastics fun and challenging. Our classes are structured to provide individualized attention so that each student can develop at his or her own pace and each child can reach their full potential.

TINY TOTS -- RED CLASS
(Walking - 3 Years Old, with Adult)
This program is designed to introduce walking - 3 year old children to the fun, challenge and adventure of climbing, jumping, crawling, bouncing, tumbling and exploring. A fun, positive and safe environment provides an opportunity for child and adult to play and learn together.
PRESCHOOL -- GREEN, YELLOW, BLUE
(3-6 Years Old)
Developmental gymnastics skills, locomotor skills, and movement exploration in a safe, fun setting. These classes offer progressive gymnastics developmet emphasizing age-appropriate development of gymnastics skills. Small class sizes allow for individualized instruction appropriate for each child's skill level.

HOMESCHOOL GYMNASTICS
(Kindergarten & up)
Sign your Homeschooler up for gymnastics with other Homeschoolers at a Special Time, Day and Great Price! Take advantage of our Qualified, Adult Staff at our Safe, Positive and Fun Facility, to provide your child's Physical Education needs!
GIRLS GYMNASTICS
(1st Grade & Up)
Small classes, professional instructors, and latest state-of-the-art equipment makes gymnastics fun & challenging for the school age student. Classes allow participation on all 4 Olympic events plus tumbling and trampolines. Our main goal is fun and fitness. Several levels of classes and corresponding posters allow each child to move at her own pace.

BOYS GYMNASTICS
(1st Grade & Up)
Small classes, professional instructors, and latest state-of-the-art equipment makes gymnastics fun & challenging. High energy, Strength conditioning through obstacle courses, rock climbing, trampolines, and tumbling! This class is designed to challenge each boy at his own pace.

The Purposes of gymnastics participation are:

*To have fun! - developing opportunities for human expression, self-discovery, and the joy of effort through challenging and vigorous physical activity
*To test one's physical resource, encouraging a sensitivity and awareness of one's own body, thoughts and feelings
*To foster one's mutual respect, acceptance, and tolerance, nurturing the growth and consciousness of human interaction
*To synthesize the body, mind, and emotions into a harmonious, balanced, and unified being, capable of participating in society with a sense of unity and integrity
