Red Gymnastics Class Walking - 2 years old; with adult

This program is designed to introduce walking - 2 year old children to the fun, challenge and adventure of climbing, jumping, crawling, bouncing, tumbling and exploring. A fun, positive and safe environment provides an opportunity for child and adult to play and learn together.

Preschool Classes | Green & Yellow, 3 & 4 years old

Our goal in this program is to Development gymnastics skills, gross motor skills, fine motor skills, and movement exploration in a safe, fun setting. These classes offer age appropriate progressive gymnastics Development. GREEN- 3 YEAR OLD'S & YELLOW - 4 YEAR OLD'S

Kinder Gymnastics Boys & Girls 5 & 6 years old and up

5 & 6 year old's first experience on the "big" equipment. This is a great class for this age. They are ready to move past the small preschool circuit but stay with kids their age. This class includes, tumbling, trampoline, bars, beams, vault and a lot of FUN

Girls Level 1 Gymnastics6 years old and up

For beginners just learning For beginners just learning gymnastics with little or no previous training. Classes allow participation on all 4 Olympic events plus tumbling and trampolines. Our main goal is fun and fitness. .

Girls Level 2 Gymnastics 6 years and up

For girls with previous gymnastics training or. Can do: Cartwheel, bridge, kick to handstand. Bars: Can do front support, cast, chin hold 3 seconds. Beam: Can walk forward, backwards sideways, hold scale 2 foot hops

Ninja Gym6 years old and up

If your child has ever watched Ninja Warrior and wanted to try, Our Ninja Warrior curriculum is a good place to start. In This program we will be working on STRENGTH, AGILITY, COORDINATION, BALANCE & SPEED solidifying the basic foundation that will help with any & all sports. Using the ropes course and ninja area and 10 foot wall. This class will also include Trampolines, Tumble track for some basic tumbling. The main focus of this class is FUN!!
