Curriculum

Our curriculum is developmentally appropriate, challenging, and provides opportunities for success for each child. The curriculum is organized around themes that integrate learning in several subject areas. The class will be rich in literature and phonics activities to establish a strong foundation in reading. The phonics program will include letter identification, letter sounds, beginning reading and writing. Learning centers allow the children to extend their learning while using their imagination and creativity. Metroplex's math curriculum includes counting, numbers, sorting, patterns, matching, comparing and number concepts.
