Metroplex Gymnastics Team Program
The Metroplex Team is one that contains a tradition of success and technically excellent gymnastics.  Our staff has numerous years of experience throughout every level of competitive gymnastics.  Our program works closely hand in hand with the USA National Staff in order to stay current and knowledgeable of the latest and most effective training techniques.  Metroplex Team has held several state, regional and national titles over the years.  We have been competing on the International Elite circuit for several years as well, having girls represented at the US Classics and USA National Championships.  The Metroplex Team has traveled and competed all over the world including China, Russia, Mexico, France, and England. Metroplex also takes much pride in the full ride scholarships that have been given to our team members in the past years.  Our goal is have every gymnast be best gymnast that they can be.  We will work diligently to make sure that happens.

Mini Met Pre Team Program
The mini met pre team program is designed to introduce the fundamental skills needed for a gymnast to move into our competitive program.  This group focuses on basic body positions, strength conditioning, flexibility, and compulsory gymnastics skills.  This group creates the foundation of the gymnast’s life long career.

Compulsory Team Program
These are the first levels of actual competitive gymnastics.  Our team girls compete levels 2-6 at several local and statewide competitions throughout the season. 

Optional Team Program
The optional team competes levels 7-10 at local, state, regional, and national competitions.

Elite Team Program
The Elite level is the highest level of competitive gymnastics.  This is where the most dedicated and goal driven athletes try to compete for spots on the USA National Team in order to represent the US in international competitions such as the Olympic Games and the World Championships.
